More than 10 years ago, after a separation,
I found myself searching outside for what could only be found within. There was a moment in my life when pain confronted me in my deepest emptiness… and that´s where my true transformation began. Through therapy, inner work, and tools such as Kundalini, family constellations, and energetic practices, I reconnected with my body, my story, and my femininity. And from that place, I guide other women to do the same.
