True North is a holistic wellness program created to support women navigating life transitions and emotional setbacks. As a participant—or “Navigator”—you’ll have access to personal coaching, peer support, self-care tools, and trauma- informed services designed to help you heal, grow, and move forward.

What You Receive as a Navigator?

A personalized wellness plan
Access to wellness coaching and energy healing
Peer accountability partnerships
Virtual and/or in-person support sessions
Opportunities to attend seasonal retreats
Connection to therapy, career, and financial coaching resources

Getting the Most Out of True North

Your growth depends on your engagement. To benefit fully, we encourage you to:

Show up for yourself regularly.
Attend scheduled sessions.
Use your wellness plan as a guide.
Communicate openly with your coach or support partner.

Sliding Scale Payment Agreement

True North uses a sliding scale to make the program accessible to as many women as possible. Your monthly rate is based on your reported income using the 2025 Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Payments are due monthly, on the 1st day of each month. You may cancel your enrollment at any time without penalty.

This payment may reflect a prorated payment amount, based on the day of enrollment.

Cancellation Policy

You are free to cancel your participation at any time. Simply notify us via email mentoraqueinspira@womenmentor.org

No future payments will be expected after cancellation.

Agreement & Signature

I understand the terms of this agreement and wish to enroll in the True North program as a Navigator.

$30/month – Household income at or below 200% of FPG

$55/month – Household income between 201–300% of FPG
